Sexting banned in China
A new strategy has been established between the Chinese government and China Mobile, China's largest telecommunications network, to monitor customers’ text messages for “lewd content".
Under the new regulations a customer who sends just one unlawful text message will have his texting service suspended. To get it back, the customer would have to submit a written promise to the Public Security Authority not to send unlawful messages again. The messages will be monitored by computers and messages containing inappropriate wording will be flagged. In addition, inappropriate messages can be reported by other users.
